Order Processing & Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
In some cases, products may be supplied or fulfilled by a third-party provider. Where this applies, dispatch may take up to 3 working days. Customers will be notified if extended dispatch times apply to their order.
Orders placed after processing hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
