By accepting a gifted product from Singleish (“the Brand”), the Creator agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Collaboration Type

This is a gifting collaboration only.
No monetary payment or paid partnership is included.
The Creator will receive: • One complimentary Mandy Set (size and colour of choice, subject to availability)

• In exchange for agreed content deliverables

2. Content Deliverables

The Creator agrees to provide:

• One (1) main feed post on Instagram or TikTok
• Featuring the gifted Mandy Set clearly and positively
• Posted within 14 days of receiving the product (unless otherwise agreed)

The content must:
• Clearly show the product being worn or styled
• Tag @singleishclothing_
• Include brand mention in caption
• Use any required hashtags provided by the Brand

3. Content Usage Rights

By participating, the Creator grants Singleish a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, repost, edit and share the content for:

• Social media
• Website
• Marketing & advertising
• Email campaigns
• Paid ads

The Creator retains ownership of their content.

4. Creative Freedom

The Creator has full creative freedom on how they style and present the product, provided the content:

• Aligns with the brand image
• Is respectful, non-offensive, and lawful
• Does not misrepresent the product

5. Disclosure

The Creator must comply with ASA, FTC and platform advertising rules by clearly disclosing the collaboration using:

• “Gifted”
• “PR”
• “Gifted by @singleishclothing_”

6. Shipping & Returns

• Products are gifted and non-refundable
• Shipping is covered by the Brand
• If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, the Creator must notify the Brand within 48 hours

7. Failure to Deliver Content

If the agreed content is not delivered within the timeframe:

• The Brand reserves the right to decline future collaborations
• The Brand may request return of the gifted item (at the Creator’s cost)

8. Termination

The Brand reserves the right to terminate the collaboration if the Creator:

• Engages in offensive, harmful or illegal behaviour
• Damages the brand’s reputation
• Breaches these terms

9. Agreement

By accepting the gifted product, the Creator confirms they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
